100 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING IN RISHIKESH IN INDIA

This curriculum is followed by our 100 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh to provide you all the knowledge and practical experience you require at the beginning. Interestingly, it's not a totally distinct program because Vinyasa Yoga Academy Rishikesh also offers a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course. The 100-hour yoga TTC program is taught as part of the 200-hour yoga TTC during the first few days of the curriculum. You can finish the remaining 100 hours of the yoga teacher training course whenever it's convenient for you.
