ACCESS DATABASE DESIGNER - SOFTWARE/QA/DBA/ETC IN INDIA

We would like to build our student database using Dynamics. The developer will be exposed to all areas of software development including design, development, peer review, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. The database will be designed for ten branches, twenty staff and 2,000 students with capacity to increase. We will start off with a simple database and then gradually make it more and more complex over the years. Anybody is welcome to apply - you do not need to be a native level English or Japanese speaker, but basic Japanese is an advantage. Able to work with minimal supervision to deliver a quality software product on time and on budget. You must possess clear, concise verbal and written communication skills. Have a positive, can-do attitude. Possesses a high regard for customer satisfaction. Maintains excellent reliability habits. A plus if we could meet in Nara or Kizugawa, Japan, but telecommuting from any country is okay.
