Basic Preventive Maintenance Engineer Qualification: Diploma EEE Location: Flex DTA, Chennai Responsibilities Set and maintain service levels, to measure SLA performance. To do PM Schedule for all Industrial HT /LT equipment. Vendor Management to Follow up AMC Contracts. To follow up 52 Week PM Schedules to complete the works. To Support the Internal Audits,5S Audits, and ISO Audits or review with FM /DM and Share with FM /DM. To identify and Communicate the Energy-saving equipment of the Site to FM /DM. Develop quarterly, half-yearly, and annual plant shutdown maintenance programs. Awareness of Equipment Technical training PM Team IF any equipment breakdown/shutdown communicate to FM /DM / Shift Engineer To Submit the Kaizen Ideas and Improvement plan details share to FM /DM Coordinate with the PM team in completing assigned /unassigned works.
