About Job: Age: Final Year student or anyone of 18yrs old Timing: 9am to 6pm (Mon- Fri) with Saturday & Sunday off Compensation & Benefits: 12 PL and 3SL - all paid. Will become eligible for bonus based on performance from 2nd month onwards. Job Responsibility of Client Success Trainee (Recruiter) Prospecting jobseekers & job providers (companies) over cold calls via phone or chats visits. Rapport building, objection handling, and relationship management of Clients Lead generation & revenue generation Apply sales techniques learnt during the training Maintain daily log record and leads conversion record Reporting to the officer in charge Qualifications & Skills: Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Highly active on Social media/ networking skills Excellent communication & convincing skills Languages preferred: English/Gujarati/ Hindi
