An outline of CNC machine setter or CNC setter duties: o Operates the CNC machine when CNC machine operator is on vacations. ha ha ha o Operates the CNC machine with full authority. o Dry run or Try out the required CNC program o Tool Offsetting or Tool Measurement o Custom machining of Tools (grinding a tool corner which might collide with jaws or cutting the standard Boring Bar lengths) o CNC machine Jaws selection o Custom work or machining with jaws. oCNC program little changes oCNC machine Spindle Speed and Tool Feed settings o CNC program data travel and management at workshop level (now a days it is easy with flash sticks but in past there were only punch taps) Qualification: Diploma/ ITI Location: Chennai Timing: Full Time Salary: 10k to 20k Exp: 1 to 3yrs Benefits: OT + Incentives + Increments based on ur Performance.
