Roles and Responsibilities: To Supervise Online Coding Classes To Coordinate between Mentors and Sales Team and assign teachers to Different batches To ensure that all online classes are running smoothly To take up classes in case a Mentor is not available Train New Mentors and instill the passion for teaching Solve any Mentor issues and Evaluate Mentors Update regular documentation on Mentor Attendance etc Eligibility Criteria: Preferred Educational Qualification: Should be a Computer Science Graduate (B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc, M.Tech, PhD) Preferred Work Experience: 6 months to 1 yrs of experience as a coordinator and team management. Fresher s can apply too. Desired Skills: Knowledge about Coding Previous experience in teaching and monitoring coding classes Personal Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dependable work ethic Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask Ability to prioritize amongst various tasks in a deadline driven environment Dependable, self-motivated, takes ownership and initiative, collaborative Pleasing personality with good personal attributes Attention to details Type of Industry: Education Company: GYANPRO Educational Innovation Pvt Ltd Job Type: Full time Location: Bengaluru Basic Pay: Rs.10,000 to Rs.20,000 per month.
