We follow the teachings of the Bihar, Iyengar, and Ashtanga Schools of Yoga, incorporating Hatha flow and Ashtanga into our classes. Sharmila Hirendernath, our founder, has almost 12 years of teaching experience and is a certified 200-hour Yoga Works Teacher from the USA. She is also a 500-hour trained teacher from Absolute Yoga (Ashtanga Vinyasa) and is one of India's few registered EYRT yoga teachers with Yoga Alliance.
