Dasatinib tablets (Dasakast) medicine is used to treat certain types of cancer like chronic myeloid leukemia-CML. It’s work slowly or stop the cancer growth cells. Starting dose recommended of dasatinib for the chronic phase of CML is 100 mg orally once daily. Starting dose of dasatinib for CML in the accelerated phase, CML in the myeloid or lymphoid blast phase, or Ph + ALL is 140 mg orally once daily. Tablets should not be crushed or chopped; they must be swallowed whole. Dasatinib can be taken with or without food, morning or evening.
