Dispatcher duties and responsibilities 1.Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls. 2.Record all the calls. 3.Proactively address problems and suggest solutions. 4.Receive and dispatch orders. 5.Assess situation and prioritize calls. 6.Oversee the route of field units and track delivery status of products. Role: 1.Dispatch Managers control the workflow of employees at warehouses and call centers. 2.It is their responsibility to ensure all goods are accounted for each shipment, and to ensure each shipment arrives on time.
