Should have basic knowledge of High voltage and low voltage systems, Cables, Alternators, Transformers, Induction Motors and their different starters including VFD. Should have basic knowledge of Power plants and DG sets. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and PLC programming will be an added advantage. Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance of all Utility/Facility equipment s. Operation and Maintenance of Utility Equipment s like Air Compressor s, Chillers, DG. Sets, UPS, Batteries, Cooling Tower Pumps, and RO Plant b'&' ETP/STP. Responsible for AMC follow-up for all critical equipment s (Chillers, DG Set, UPS, Air). Compressor and Fire hydrant system. Operations and Maintenance in Power Control Centre (PCC) and Motor Control Centre. (MCC), MDB, SDB, MLDB, ELDB, DGDB, FCBC, AHU, Chiller Panels and UPS. Hands on experience in trouble shooting, Route cause Analysis, Asset management system, SAP, Kaizen implementation, problem solving and managing of various electrical power system equipment s. Ensure smooth integration of project activities through all project phases from initiation, design, construction, installation, maintenance and repair.
