Personal Context: Bought July 2023, BARELY USED (<10 HOURS). Product is being sold because primary user is shifting cities for college. NO DEFECTS or problems with the product. My experience with the product has been good. It is only 30-odd kgs so can be lifted easily and it has wheels to cart around if needed. It is nice to put in front of a window and look outside while working out. There are multiple resistance levels which allow for different intensities of workout and an app which provides a lot of data like calories burned and distance travelled. I personally like to keep the resistance lower and cycle for longer sessions since you don't need to worry about others disturbing you like in the gym. It is also very convenient to hop on and exercise at any time without stepping out of the house.
