Communicate with insurance providers to look into and settle claims that have been rejected or denied. Follow up on unresolved claims through internet portals, email, and phone. Keep track of all correspondence and collection efforts in the billing system. Determine recurring billing problems and report them to management. Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed.
