Manage daily HR services included training b'&' development, strategic planning, talent acquisition b'&' retention. Counsel employees concerning work-related problems/ issues. Work for employee benefits. Maintain Leave and Attendance Record. Prepare HR relevant Reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Ensure the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations. To maintain all data records papers about Recruitment b'&' Selection, wages, and allowances. Prepare Employee ID card, Business Card, Employee Certificate, etc. Maintain Housekeeping and Admin activities. Provide logistic support for event management (workshops/seminars/training etc.). Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor. Experience: Freshers Qualification: MBA or Higher Degree salary: From 12K Job Type: Permanent, Full time Job.
