HR RECRUITER AT NYUSOFT SOLUTIONS IN INDIA

JobPurpose: We are looking for HR Recruiter who will be responsible to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to evaluating candidates and their selection. Qualifications: Any Graduate- Throughout English Medium Education (Preferred) Experience: 0.6 to 1 year- End to End recruitment process Job Description: - Experience in sourcing potential candidates from various online portals (e.g. Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster, Quicker,etc.) - Study and analyze recruitment requirement - Screen incoming resumes and applications - Telephonic Interviews - Advertise job openings on company s career page, social media and internally - Should be able to design and update job descriptions for new requirements. - Employee Engagement activities - Will also be responsible in Joining and Exit formalities - Will be an helping hand to senior HR Skills Required: - Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter. - Excellent communication skills and good command over English required. - Experience in sourcing, screening, telephonic interviews is must. - Good knowledge of different job portals. - Knowledge of IT Recruitment will be an added advantage - Should be able to understand team dyanmics and must be a good team player.
