HR Recruiter Freshers Immediate Wanted... Handle End-to-end recruitment activities. Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms). Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process. Maintaining MIS reports like daily call sheet, interviews arranged, offer details, etc. Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & Contract to Hire positions.
