Qualification: Candidate should have Degree in MBA and BBA Specialization: HR Skills: The candidate must have excellent command over English, both written and verbal. Excellent Interpersonal Skills Keen observer Good knowledge of Social Media Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening Candidate should have knowledge of Basic Computer / Excel etc Roles and Responsibilities: Scheduling interview. Follow up with candidates on documentation. Maintain and update the tracker by calling the candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Experience: 0-6 months (Fresher can also apply) Salary: 3000-8000 per month Interested Candidates may call on 8485046841 or send resume at percept.shwetalee@gmail.com
