Knowledge of hot technologies and Recruiting candidates for bench placement only in various hot technologies (candidates to join our bench) Recruiting/Marketing for training Includes Cold Calling, posting ads, following up, sending/receiving emails Capable For posting job & training ads and marketing via Dice/TechFetch/LinkedIn/Indeed/Google Groups/ Facebook/etc/Other Portals/Other Groups and social media platforms such as twitter/telegram/Instagram/etc. Expert in Receiving, making calls and Sending / receiving emails Speaking to candidates on a regular basis Reporting daily Other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities. Must be willing to work in night shift. This is a night-shift position (US Central Time Working hours) Must be English proficient and a good team player and result driven. No work from home/No remote option. Some training will be provided, but candidate must be aggressive in sales, have a go-getter and can-do attitude and able to learn on own and continuously improve.
