DISPATCH Role Summary: 1.We are looking for a self-starter Field service technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. 2.The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Key Qualifications & Responsibilities: 1.Scheduled truck drivers, delivery vehicles, best traffic routes, and ideal delivery windows and time frames as necessary. 2.Accepted consumer and business client phone calls and emails to coordinate delivery schedules and logistics. 3.Generated bills of lading, freight invoices, and delivery receipts, while maintaining records of all transactions and deliveries.
