Providing a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects. Documents all BKMs, and provides support as needed. Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents, and conducting UAT. Excellent communications required high-level English language communication skills, oral and written at peer and senior level management. Demonstrated accomplishments under challenging situations and constraints.
