LIBRARY SET UP IN PANIPAT

I have approx 200 Gaz space on G.T road in which I have library and 2 room infrastructure of aluminum. It is about 2 years old so library is going on. I have 78 seats in library and 40-45 seats always filled. I want to give this business to interested person who wants to do library and other business too. I want to say one thing there is no other library near it so you can grow this business according to you.. But you have to do another business with library so that you can grow better.
