To meet shift targets defined by team leaders/managers. 3.Maintain and Improveline / teamefficiency by analysing and planning work flow. 4.Support and lead process improvement activities with line Engineers and Managers. 5.Contribute to continuous improvement activities through Lean and best practices implementation. 6.Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required. 7.Supervise and motivate a team of operators.
