Manufacturing Technician CNC milling operator machines Set up and operate various CNC milling machines, CNC Surface grinder to produce various parts that meet quality and production requirements. Key Responsibilities: Independently set up all parts on manual programs and CNC machines. Create, develop and refine set up procedures. Interpreting blueprints and work instructions. Operate and set up parts for manufacturing Able to read and understand GD&T symbols for parts made Able to use and replace appropriate tooling and utilize measuring tools as it applies to job Basic awareness and use of established fixturing Able to solve problems based on High school math and metrology skills Operate CNC machines and / or other machining equipment to produce all parts regardless of complexity. Program and / or edit CNC machine following procedures and modify programs as required and optimize CNC programs and processes. Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engg.
