Coordinate with the technical team to carry out repairs and replacements as required. Conduct load testing and performance evaluations of DG sets. Monitor the performance parameters of DG sets and panels and take corrective actions to optimize efficiency. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new DG sets and panels. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment history. Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed. Stay updated on the latest industry developments and technological advancements in DG set and panel maintenance. Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 1-5 years of experience in Diesel Generator (DG) set and panel maintenance. Strong technical skills in troubleshooting mechanical systems. Knowledge of diesel engines, generators, and associated mechanical components. Familiarity with maintenance practices and procedures for DG sets and electrical panels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency call-outs.
