Mold Maintenance Engineer For Diploma Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the smooth function of the injection molding unit machines, Molds and any utilities related to the Injection molding unit. Responsible to trouble shoot and provide necessary actions in case of any issues with respect to injection molding machines, molds, Robot Arms., Etc Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment in the Tooling department repairing and replacing parts as necessary. Troubleshoot, repair or replace all components of machines / equipment. This includes all electrical equipment, hydraulics, mechanical, piping, pumps, and pneumatics in the Mold Department. Responsible for trouble shooting Mini-Injection molding machine controlled using servo drive & Solid Switch Relay.
