New Product Developer Wanted Experience Staffs... Develop concepts that form the basis for development of a new or modified product/processes/solutions. Participates, in collaboration with project members, in brainstorming sessions aimed at finding innovative solutions for future products/processes/solutions. Will work on standardization, product improvement, and development efforts of product line. May assist in development of design standards/guides, guide specifications, and design control procedures. Analyzes complex design problems requiring the development of new or improved techniques or procedures. Reviews and approves design drawings. May work on research and development projects.
