The Noelle queen solid mango wood daybed has geometric carvings on the drawer shutters and geometric cutwork on the headboard. The traditional daybed usually used as a divan which can be converted to a queen sized bed, has an elegant natural wood grain finish. The material is solid mango wood. "The mango wood is seasoned and chemically treated." The wood is stained and then coated with a protective layer to make it scratch, heat and stain resistant. The natural wood grain finish gives an elegant look. The day bed can be converted into a full size queen bed The mattress is rested on solid wood slatted base that gives a bounce & allows for breathability of mattress. There is an allowance given between the mattress edge and bed frame for ease of tucking the bed sheets, without hurting one's fingers.
