Roles and Responsibilities: Reach out to our potential and existing clients to promote and sell our Products Build and maintain a good relationship with every client regardless of their responses Clarify client's questions about our products or services offered Systematically keep track of the records of all the calls made and specifically note down every client s queries, understand their requirements and act as per the situation Make followup calls constantly, ask questions to understand clients needs and act accordingly Close sales with the potential clients Handle any grievances of the client to preserve company reputation and report it to your Manager or Head of the Department Eligibility Criteria: Preferred Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or related field Preferred Work Experience: 6 months to 1 yrs experience in Sales and Marketing department. Fresher s can apply too Desired Skills: Developing Sales pitch Google sheets - Usage of basic formulas to generate day to day sales and calls report Build a long-term good Customer Relationship with clients A Good decision maker based on the needs of the clients Brief knowledge about Outbound marketing and building leads Identifying the Benefits of Products and Services from the clients perspective Promoting additional products based on the client needs Managing existing Leads and generating new leads Managing Competing Demands Meeting deadlines Providing Client input to the Manager or Head of Development for improving or designing new products To work under challenging environment (as per the market and client needs) Personal Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dependable work ethic Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask Ability to prioritize amongst various tasks in a deadline driven environment Dependable, self-motivated, takes ownership and initiative, collaborative Pleasing personality with good personal attributes Attention to details Type of Industry: Education Company: GYANPRO Educational Innovation Pvt Ltd Job Type: Part time Internship Location: Work From Home Internship duration: 6 months Pay scale: Basic Pay: upto Rs.6000; It is a performance based internship.
