Plastic Injection Molding Production wanted 2020 to 2023 Hiring Shift supervisors of Production who have hands on experience of running heavy machinery (Injection Moulding Machine Capacity range from 800T - 1200T) Machine Maintenance with Electrical & Mechanical injection molding experience Quality shift Supervisor with experience on quality improvement tools. Post: Production supervisor (Injection Moulding Machine) Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for operation & Process Optimization in line with cycle time targets like Maximum OEE, Good quality, follow process sheet for running mc smoothly, Zero breakdown, Zero accident, and Good 5S, Discipline of his line. 2. Production supervisor is responsible for the quality of products from the RM feeding Packing Dispatch. 3. The production supervisor shall responsible for machine routine checks. 4. Responsible to maintain the Standards for PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale) 5. Monitoring Process and participation in the morning meetings.
