Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Operate production equipment such as blister packing machines, capsule filling machines, compression machines, coating machines, and bottling lines to produce pharmaceutical products. Monitor product quality and perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of production data and report any issues or defects to supervisors. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
