Production Planning & Manufacturing Functional Analyst Job Description: - Working with GP Business and It teams that are both India -Based and US- based - Collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision and scope - Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and respectfully hold them accountable. - Applying business analysis principles to elicit, understand, document and prioritize the requirements. This may require leading meetings/ workshops - Analyze business challenges, objectives and develop as is/to-be process diagram - Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements - Work with stakeholders to define technical configuration and enhancement requirements for the tools Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree in technology related field - Infor M3 Multi-tenant experience configuring manufacturing, items, distribution and quality modules - Experience supporting pulp and paper manufacturing - Experience working with planning and trim optimization tools - M3 Consulting Experience - Min. 5 years of IT experience - Min. of 5 Years working in Infor M3 Manufacturing, distribution and quality modules - Ability to develop/update functional requirement - Strong verbal and written communication - Strong Analytical and problem solving skills - Economic thinking - Can work independently with little supervision - Ability to develop test cases and execute test plans Timing: EST Hours (7 AM-4 PM) salary: 18k-20k location: chennai hr 91504^^^61060
