Production Supervisor Immediate Hiring at MNC... Reporting to area responsible about any machine or product related issue. Monthly and daily calibration and verification of balances in co-ordination with production officer. Reporting any machine mal-functioning to area production officer and follow up with maintenance for rectification of the same. Participation in training program as and when required. Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, counselling and disciplining employees Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, developing reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
