Client and Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients and the services rendered to ensure accurate and timely charge entries. 5. Account Audits and Reviews: Conduct regular audits and reviews of accounts to ensure reimbursement accuracy, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action as necessary. 6. Issue Resolution: Efficiently identify and resolve patient and insurance-related issues, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process. 7.
