Resolution Actions: Use every possible method, such as payment collection, corrected claims submissions, appeals processing, patient transfers, or adjustments, to move accounts toward resolution. 3. Trend Reporting: Identify and report trends or recurring issues such as denials, claim submission errors, credentialing problems, and billing roadblocks to the reporting manager to support process improvements. 4. Meet SLAs: Consistently achieve production and quality service level agreements (SLAs) set by the company for AR management. 5. Clear Documentation: Accurately record the outcome of each call or analysis into the billing system in a clear and structured manner. 6. Policy Updates: Stay up-to-date with changes in policies and procedures (Pb'&'Ps) and ensure these are reflected in daily operations. 7. Performance Improvement: Continuously improve performance by incorporating feedback from the reporting manager or quality audit team.
