Lower band of 5 GHz (i.e. band 36-48) should give decent performance in such places. If there's network congestion around your neighborhood : bands 153-161 will do the trick. Also works with PPPoE (local internet cable) configuration. If you are using Airtel/Jio fiber, you can use Dynamic IP mode and connect the base station with this router using ethernet cable. Recommend to position this router at the epicenter of your home/house. The takeaway - if you have two local internet service providers, and/or airtel/jio/vodafone data-sim or spare sim-card, you can create your own home network with redundancy, so that there's no downtime!
