Press your shoulder blades together and place your wrists just below the bar while holding the overhead grip. Hands should be slightly wider than shoulders. You can also slightly arch your back, activate your core. performance: Holding the bar above your chest, then breathing slowly lower it towards your chest, the bar should touch the chest slightly in the lower position. Keep your back straight. Keep the arms beside the body. The elbow should be slightly bent. The palms should be facing each other and facing slightly upwards. performance:As you exhale, stretch your arms forward by activating the pectoral muscles, trying to bring the lungs in front of the chest or head. You can stay in this position for 1-2 seconds. Then breathing out, return to the starting position and move on to the next rep. 5) High Cable Chest Fly Starting position:Holding the handle of the high cable with each hand, stand with simplistic stance in the middle of the cable machines and knees slightly bent, keeping your back naturally curved. Keep the arm by the side of the body. The cone is slightly bent. The palms should be facing each other and facing slightly upwards. performance:As you exhale, activating the pectoral muscles, pulling Caballo together, moves the arms down and forward and joins the lower position in front of the body.
