The following documents are required to get affiliate under NDLM approved Training Center under the Training Partner SANTIPUR BHARAT SIKSHA INSTITUTE  1) Rent Agreement / Ownership Document  2) Trade License  3) Voter I D of owner ( Proprietors/ Partners/ Directors)  4) PAN Card of owner ( Proprietors/ Partners/ Directors)  5) Center Manager Qualification documents.  6) Broadband Connectivity Bill  7) Electricity Bill  8) Center Pictures o Outside picture of the institution from different angles o Theory Class room & Computer Lab and Reception picture from different angles o Four or five close picture of computer lab along with the existing infrastructure  9) Form for Training Center (Which is attached in doc. format) * Please send scanned copy of all the above documents except the Form for Training Center (It should be send only in doc. format). ** Please send the picture in JPEG/ JPG format. * **An agreement will be signed by both of us for future endeavor. **** You will be informed for physically inspection of your institute. ***** Minimum infrastructural requirement to run the Project NDLM • Minimum 5 to 10 Computers with latest configuration. • Web Cams accordingly to the computer. • Adhar Link Machine • Broadband with minimum speed 1.2 Mbps Please send all the above mentioned documents along with the Training Center Form as soon as possible.
