Key responsibilities and accountabilities include but are not limited to those listed below: ●• Data management, Validate accuracy of prospect / Customer data ●• Lead Generation - Generate leads through various resources ●• Researching and qualifying new lead ●• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads ●• Explaining and demonstrating features of software product and its associated services ●• Follow the survey process to maximize survey potential. ●• Answering potential customers' questions and providing additional information ●• Achieve targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis ●• Keeping up with product and service information and updates Knowledge, skills, training and experience: ●• Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related survey position preferred ●• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and Dialer software.
