Job Description: Hiring for Customer Support Executive / inbound process || customer support || CCE Call Center Executive Voice Customer Service Voice Process / Non Voice Process & Technical Support Executive Skill Set Required: Excellent Communication Skills in English Good Understanding ability. The associate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer. Accountable for rendering useful administrative support to other members of the customer care team. He will be responsible for documenting all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Call Tracking System. Responsibility of monitoring Call tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion. Roles & Responsibilities: Should be able to answer to emails timely ensuring adherence to the process standards. Follow up customer calls made wherever is necessary Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company. Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
