Honeywell SensePoint XCD The Honeywell SensePoint XCD is a compact gas detector for measuring toxic or flammable (both catalytic and infrared) gases. The instrument is suitable for installation in zoned areas according to ATEX137 . Sensepoint XCD With the Sensepoint XCD detection system, Honeywell provides easy to use, low maintenance sensory devices for monitoring explosive atmospheric conditions in a variety of industrial settings. The Sensepoint XCD system monitors for explosive oxygen gas, toxic gas, and flammable conditions and constantly relays status through transmitters utilizing a simply traffic light LCD system which can be easily seen and understood from a distance. Please contact me get more information Email:Mia@cwlyautomation.com VK/Whatsapp/Telegram:+8613667120925 Website: www.cwlyautomation.com The analog output and programmable contacts allow direct connection of signaling and peripheral equipment. The Sensepoint XCD uses a three-colour LCD display that clearly indicates the status of the gas detector. A steady green backlight indicates normal operation; flashing yellow indicates a fault and flashing red indicates an alarm. Executed according to ATEX standards Three-color status LCD display Operation with supplied magnetic key Compact and robust design Input voltage 16 to 32VDC (24VDC nominal) Exits 4-20 mA and alarm relay Material LM25 or 316SS Relay 3x 5A@250 VAC normally open or closed H2S 0-100.0 ppm (50.0 ppm standard) CO 0-1000ppm (300 ppm standard) O2 0-25.0% Flammable gas 0-100% LEL (100% standard) CO2 0-2.00% Manufacturer Honeywell Analytics Item Code SPXCDALMFX, SPXCDXSFXSS, SPXCDALMO1, SPXCDXSO1SS Superb Versatility The Sensepoint XCD system provides a catch all-detection system which has worldwide industry approvals and is compliant with all relevant standards. Suited for indoor use as well as the harshest outdoor conditions, the Sensepoint XCD systemis a versatile product for use in any potentially dangerous industrial atmosphere. The unit is available in both stainless steel and aluminum housing options, both of which are resistant to explosions. The XCD transmitter systems are for three separate environmental conditions (flammable, toxic, and oxygen). Each transmitter has a variety of sensors available for use. Each transmitter will automatically recognize the sensor within its category. The plug-in design of the sensors allows users to simply plug the sensor into the transmitter. The transmitter will automatically adjust and configure for the appropriate sensor settings. Simplicity in Design The Sensepoint XCD system is easy to install with a simple plug-in design, a built-in mounting system, and comes equipped with versatile wiring receptions to limit compatibility issues for the end user. Once installed, the system utilizes a “traffic light” type display of green for normal, yellow for warning, and red to alert an atmospheric issue. The maintenance of the system is just as user-friendly with routine maintenance easy and ergonomic enough to be done by one person. The system is also simple enough that it can be used and maintained with little training. Cost Savings The Sensepoint XCD system provides a business with cost reductions in both hardware and staffing. The versatile usage and low maintenance of the system reduces the resources needed to monitor conditions and allows personnel to focus on their tasks at hand. The system also provides personnel, and any other parties in the area, peace of mind that their conditions are being constantly monitored for danger and relayed in a way that anyone can detect and bring awareness to dangerous conditions. Use 3 wire, 4-20mA and RS485 MODBUS output fixed point detector with in-built alarm and fault relays for the protection of personnel and plant from flammable, toxic and Oxygen hazards. Incorporating a transmitter with local display and fully configurable via non-intrusive magnetic switch interface. Electrical Input Voltage Range 16 to 32VDC (24VDC nominal) Max Power Consumption Maximum power consumption is dependent on the type of gas sensor being used. Electrochemical cells = 3.7W, IR = 3.7W and catalytic = 4.9W. Maximum inrush current = 800mA at 24VDC Current Output Sink or source Relays 3 x 5A@250VAC.
