Perform all check-in and check-out tasks in the software Manage online and phone reservations. Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide the facilities we are providing in the resort. Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude. Handling phone calls. Sending Emails. Education: Graduate with relevant experience for the position.
