Newspaper dolls are made using Newspaper tubes. First the Newspaper is cut in to long sheets. Then these sheets are cut in to thin sheets and using a wooden stick they are rolled in to thin tubes. These tubes are given a round shape to form the base of the doll. Then a long tube is inserting form the centre of the doll. The face of the doll is made using Newspaper tubes. The hands are made using Newspaper tubes. A thin floral wire is inserted in side the hands and inside the body stick is inserted to give a sturdy look. The upper body is covered with Newspaper tubes and the skirt is made using Newspaper tubes. Varnish is given by mixing water and Fevicol. For face hands,neck and middle body black colour is given. The dress and long skirt Red colour is given. Here the dolls are shown playing musical instruments. Finally Pebeo varnish is given to make the doll with sturdy look. Can be kept as a Show piece.
