In rare cases, a customer may want to exchange or cancel the order; the request for the same shall be guided by EVOK EXCHANGE, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY as detailed below. Exchange Request: Exchange request can be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, uninstalled, undamaged and saleable condition with original packing, price tags and labels. The request will be at sole discretion of EVOK and subject to availability of new item selected. The new item selected has to be of same or higher value than the original purchase. An inspection may be conducted by EVOK to ascertain the condition of item prior to approval of exchange request. Freight charges for both sides shall be borne by the customer. Return Request: Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product. The same will be processed within 7 working days after pick up of original item. Cancellation Request: 1. In case of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. 2.
