Hydrophobic

Cacao Crush is an oil-based facial cleanser that dissolves heavy waterproof makeup, sunscreen, excess sebum, dirt, and grime without stripping your skin. It works on the principle “like dissolves like” and can be used in the first step of the double cleansing method. The oil-loving end (hydrophobic) attracts dirt/pollution towards it, and the addition of water will emulsify it into milky water rinsing away all the unwanted impurities from the skin.
