Communicating and explaining the organisations HR policies to the employee. 3. Conducting various games and celebration activities, engagements activities,employee recognition acts. 4. Conduction Campus drive and coordinate with Placement officer. 5. Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) each employees in HR module. 6. Resolving grievances or queries to be addressed of the employees. QUALIFICATION: ANY DEGREE, (Must Prefered in) MBA, SKILLS: Good communication skills, Good computer skills, Word, Excel, Internet surfing.
