Employees Onboarding Joining & Pre joining Formalities Of Candidates 7. Working as a Generalist by handling various other activities other than recruitments 8. Involved in the employee engagement activities of the organization 9. Database management- maintaining complete hiring trackers. 10. Job Description: The Senior Marketing Executive/Asst. Marketing Manager is involved in all aspects of marketing. This is a key relationship building role and involves regular planning, meeting with the marketing manager. The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, developing and implementing marketing plans in accordance with the Head of Marketing.
