A Rare and Vintage single page stamp-paper from year 1889 from one of the states during British India called North Arcot, it was a former district in Madras Presidency, acquired by the annexation of the Arcot State in 1855. It had Chitoor as its headquarters (currently in Andhra Pradesh). The Stamp paper appears to be a family dispute case between 2 brothers of that time. It has a stamp of Postal Dept too of the North Arcot district which no longer exists in Present India.
