We are looking for a QA Lead who is a proven software tester and who has a solid understanding of Methodologies and QA processes. The QA Tester Lead is responsible and accountable for leading and mentoring off-shore teams and communicates project status to the client and project manager. The QA Lead should be able to help define and distribute daily tasks to our QA team and is therefore held more accountable for the quality of our work. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Understand and challenge project scope Plan, organize, control and evaluate daily operations of applications Show initiative, drive process, and assign tasks Follow the lead and guidance of Client IT Managers and act as management backup Proactively manage priorities and milestones for team and project Set the tone of quality for bug reports, tests cases, and documentation Maintain professional communications between off-shore QA and client.
