I am usha, yoga instructor.  Apart from yoga I teach basketball, swimming, aerobics,  pranayam, meditation and trataka Basically I am a sports person. This pandemic has forced us stay indoor. To maintain our health and fitness indoor,  yoga would be the only answer. My session will be for only 30 mins, which include warmup, loosing exercise, Surya namaskaram, asanas and finally meditation. As yoga is a divine skill, which could be obtained only through grace and blessings,  u can denote based on ur satisfaction with my class, so there is no fixed charges.
