Having good knowledge in the cement plant circuit b'&' operation, sizing/selection of the mill, etc. Knowledge on machine elements like gears, shafts, bearings, chain drives, etc. and it's design calculations and selections. Knowledge on standard steel fabrication and other manufacturing processes. Experience with Cost and Value Engineering projects will be an advantage. Proficient with engineering design tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and GD b'&' T. Knowledge on Enovia is an added advantage. Should have good communication b'&' documentation skills.
