Conversion: Be responsible in converting the qualified candidates to come for the onsite onboarding. Team work: You will be responsible for coordinating with the onboarding team to help the qualified car care partners have smooth onboarding. Also, closely work with the team lead for better lead conversion. Report generation: Playing a vital part in the report generation as a part of a partner success team. Helping the operation team to understand the estimated number of onboards to have better forecasts in the supply of the organization.
